2 · What happens when you simply visit the site

When you open this website, your browser automatically sends data to our hosting provider's server. This data is stored in server log files:

IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of access
Name and URL of the file requested
Amount of data transferred
Notification of successful retrieval
Browser and operating system used
Previously visited page (referrer)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in operating the website securely and reliably and in defending against attacks.
Retention: Log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

3 · Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

4 · Contact form and getting in touch

If you write to us using the contact form, we process the details you enter: name, company, email address, type of enquiry, preferred time frame and your message. This data reaches us by email and is also stored in a log file on the server so that no enquiry gets lost.

Purpose: Handling your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Retention: We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply. If an enquiry leads to an order, the retention periods under German commercial and tax law of 6 and 10 years apply.

The mandatory fields are required so that we can process your enquiry. All other information is voluntary.

5 · No cookies, no analytics, no third-party content

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. No content is loaded from third-party servers — no external fonts, no maps, no embedded videos, no social media plug-ins. All images, fonts and program files are stored on our own web space. Your data is therefore not passed on to third parties or transferred to countries outside the EU.

6 · Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

Access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
Object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)

7 · Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. This is usually the authority where you live or where our company is based.
